Teaching is one of my greatest joys. Through teaching, I get to share tools that help others to keep their body, mind, and soul in balance and for those who feel the calling to offer sessions, it opens the path to becoming facilitators in the healing arts themselves. Once you step forward on this path, it becomes a journey of self‑discovery: a remembrance of who you are and how deeply you are connected to all that exists. I believe every person carries a unique gift that naturally unfolds when we follow our passion.
As a teacher, I feel it is essential to personalize the learning experience. Each student has their own rhythm, their own energy, their own way of absorbing wisdom. My role is to guide that flow, facilitating the remembrance of the body’s natural healing power and helping students activate and move their energy centers so transformation can occur. It is both a pleasure and an honour when someone chooses me to walk beside them on this path.
