I had an amazing experience doing my energy healing session, the atmosphere was so relaxing and calm. We started with the sage, and I picked from the cards, which represents me, which I believe was true to me… I didn’t know wat to expect from this session as I’d never done this before so I went into it neutral. I did keep my eyes closed when the energy healing began. I could feel the energy and all of these feeling in my head, To me it felt their was a bubble which Katie was moving in a good way. My eyes were closed but I could see colour and the change in light. I didn’t really know what to focus my mind on just I’d different feelings, clear and calm where the main ones. I felt sad at one stage but these passed and I felt clear. Really took a lot from this experience and I will deffo be doing it again in the future. Katie was so good and make you feel comfortable and able to experience the energy.
