Initially when closing my eyes the muscle on my left shoulder ripple and I had a muscle in my left leg spasm. I felt pain in all of my toes in my left leg. As I relaxedI saw the colour purple through out that came and went, together with the colour Orange and yellow. My stomach slowly relaxed and the ache in my left side eased. I was interrupted half way through with messages on my phone. At some point I was talking to you in my head asking if you could see the purple colour that I was seeing. As I relaxed the soreness in my joints eased. Recently I have had sensitivity in both the palms of my hand, I have a constant sensation of like itching that has eased a bit.
