This is Katherine Guana Barros also known as Katy Earth originally from Ecuador, Katy has lived in Spain, England and she currently lives in Ireland, with a background in Social Work, Katy embarked on her journey in holistic therapies about a decade ago, due to life experiences she was pushed towards the path of inner healing. While she was living in Spain, one day she asked out loud to whoever was listening “I want to heal myself” suddenly the path opened up, in the same very moment, a few buildings down she saw an Association of Alternative Therapies, in Spain where they teach Reiki, she kept the number and when she arrived home with doubts, she made that phone call that changed her life.
And so, over the last decade she focused on healing and learning. She became a Reiki Master, a Rahanni Celestial Healing Practitioner & Teacher and she was trained by a Q’ero priest, a Shaman from Peru, the lineage of Paqos (Medicine people) where she was initiated as a Priestess/Shaman walking the initiatory path where she learnt powerful techniques rooted in Incan wisdom in KawsayPacha School. As she saw how this impacted her life in becoming the best version of herself in all the levels and being healed, she decided to blend these powerful techniques with the universal life force, Reiki and one of her greatest gifts; her Intuition. As a result, “Intuitive Reiki Shamanic Healing” was born, an energy healing modality blended with sacred chanting “icaros” (medicine songs), crystal healing and shamanic musical instruments where she applies this modality, especially in cases where needed to be reached from the very root and reprogramming the energy field.

During her journey, she saw the importance of becoming aware of what we are choosing to be and the importance of inner work that helps to reach our potential and allows a deep healing to happen. So, she created a wellness programme called “Rebirthing” , a programme that is supporting people in walking a path towards their goals through empowering themselves.
Katy also, was invited to offer workshops of “Group meditation and Intuitive Reiki Shamanic healing” to a wonderful ladies group in Family Resource Centre in Kilrush, where she did public speaking about the connection of Earth-Body and facilitated different ways of meditation and circle of energy healing where she saw that the gathering and the coming together can become one of the most healing and powerful tools.
